All workshops, courses and coaching sessions will be tailored to your business needs to make transformational changes with a variety of focus areas including, but not limited to, developing leadership skills, reducing stress, increasing performance , building confidence, positive and growth mindset and improving wellbeing.

Workshop: Reducing stress and improving wellbeing â€‹

3 x 2 hour workshops delivered in person or remote

​

This workshop will help reduce levels of stress and promote calm, ease and balance in both professional and personal lives. It will provide insights and awareness relating to personal stress and a toolkit of techniques, strategies and methods to manage and reduce stress and anxiety. 

 

​The workshops are highly interactive and experiential helping you navigate your personal and professional lives enabling you to feel you can cope with any of life’s challenges. 

​

The science-based techniques illustrated throughout the workshops empower you with not only coping mechanisms and strategies for stress but also to help proactively manage your health and wellbeing with practices promoting calm and balance.

Learning outcomes:

​

  • Understand the basic principles of the mind and body when in a state of stress and in a state of calm (psychological and physiological perspective)

  • Self awareness relating to stress - creating a management / maintenance plan to promote calm in both personal and professional lives

  • Mindset changes creating positivity and growth mindset

  • Reduce physical stress symptoms and stressful thoughts immediately 

  • Coping strategies, tools and techniques to manage stress and anxiety

  • Toolkit for promoting calm and balance, improving wellbeing and performance

All sessions will be highly interactive and suitable for all staff measuring stress and wellbeing metrics throughout the sessions. 

​

There will be techniques to practice in between sessions as well as additional support through recordings to guide attendees through techniques.

Workshop, Course or Coaching:

 

Mindset Training

​

We can improve our mental wellbeing by training our minds. In the same way that we can train in a gym to strengthen our bodies, we can do the same with our minds utilising positive psychology and neuro-linguistic programming techniques.

 

Learn self awareness and training techniques to promote the best version of yourself. This two hour course provides insight, tools and techniques to change negative thoughts and habits, reduce stress and overwhelm and create a plan to make positive changes in your personal or professional life.

Confidence Building

​

This 4 hour course creates a Confidence Mindset and freedom from self-limitation. Throughout the course, you will learn to tame and control your inner critic, challenge your self limiting beliefs and behaviours and develop your inner coach to build confidence and self esteem.

 

The modules in the course include (but not limited to):

1. Self Awareness - Understanding your beliefs, values and strengths, themes for negative/overthinking.

2. Tame and Control your inner critic - Understanding and removing self imposed limitations.

3. Building your inner coach - knowing your worth. Techniques (mind and body) to develop self confidence and self compassion

4. Boosting confidence and create limitless living to take action and make positive changes in your professional and personal lives.

Workshop, course or coaching can be in person or online, and can be 4 hours or 2 x 2 hours. Pre-course questionnaire to be carried out.

Leadership Mindset 

​

Our mission is to help you become a better leader. We know that being a leader can be challenging, but we also know that it's worth it. When you lead well, you're helping others grow and succeed. You're making a difference in their lives, as well as your own.

 

When you join our leadership workshop, we'll give you the tools to help you get there. We'll teach you how to build resilience and develop your own strengths even in the face of pressure, so that you can face challenges with confidence and ease. We'll teach you how to manage your own mental health, so that it doesn't affect those around you—and vice versa! And finally, we'll show you how to take pressure off yourself and your team by shifting the focus from individual accomplishments to collective success.

 

Our workshops are designed for professionals who want to improve their leadership skills through changing their mindset, building resilience, caring for their own mental health as well as the mental health of their team members, learning how to take pressure off themselves and others when necessary (and how not), becoming self aware so they can make better decisions about what they need from themselves and others around them.
